Thank you for shopping with ModWellLiving. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer rights.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service
  • A return address will be provided after approval

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)

4. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or video evidence

We will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • A full refund

You will not be charged for return shipping in these cases.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as most orders are processed quickly with our UK suppliers.

After this time, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Personalised/custom products
  • Hygiene-related products (if applicable)

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your payment provider
  3. Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)

8. Shipping Times Notice

As we work with UK suppliers, delivery times are typically the following:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Delays may occur during busy periods.
